Holly Carlisle is an artist, and through her work as the owner and lead florist of Rosegolden in Birmingham, she has developed a singular style that is defined by place and time. Holly’s dedication to using the materials around her - whether that be echinacea from her own garden beds or golden rod from the side of the road, allow her to redefine the beauty of an arrangement on her own terms. Her work expresses a seasonal harmony that is compelling and heady.

Holly will host a workshop at Ostara Gardens on October 23rd, from 1-3ishpm. The first hour will be spent with Holly discussing her style and what guides her work as she makes an arrangement in front of you, and in the second half, Holly will guide everyone as they create their own arrangements using her approach and methods.

The cost per person is $225, which includes the class, materials, the arrangement you will take home and refreshments. Floral classes are an absolute pleasure to attend, and we’re very excited to host Holly in the shop.
